We had a great time this summer checking things off our Summer List. Owen was particularly into the check mark part of things and would often have the Sharpie in hand as soon as we got home from completing something, looking carefully for the next thing we could do. Riding an open-air train through the Blue Ridge mountains

Taking an impromptu hike to a waterfall…so fun with the kids!

Taking a cousins boat ride to the beach to play and fish

Visiting SeaWorld one last time before our 2-year passes expired
Playing at a great local park
and a lot of swimming
Summer just went by too fast.
The heat is welcome to go, but the lazier days are always welcome to stay.
